Thank you for your interest in serving as a BEE Buddy Ambassador in Miss Dorothy's Garden! This application helps us get to know you better, assess readiness for cross-cultural service, and ensure alignment with our child safeguarding practices. Ambassadors represent the heart of the Miss Dorothy’s Garden Legacy Project. Your role would be to enlist children around the globe as BEE Buddies sowing kindness in themselves and in others, along with Miss Dorothy and her BEE helpers. Your responses will help us prepare you for a meaningful, safe, and transformative experience.

Submitting an application is the first step in the process. Each submission will be thoughtfully reviewed based on current program needs and capacity. Please note that completing the application does not guarantee acceptance as a BEE Buddy Ambassador program.

WAIVER OF RELEASE & LIABILITY: In consideration of participating in the BEE Buddy Ambassador program, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand international travel and youth interaction involve inherent risks, including illness, travel disruptions, injury, or emotional distress.

2. RELEASE: I release Vivid Academy, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims for loss, injury, liability, or damage arising from participation.

3. INSURANCE: I certify that I have, or will obtain, travel and medical insurance covering the entire duration of travel and programming.

4. SAFEGUARDING & CONDUCT: I commit to comply with the Ambassador Code of Conduct, including no unsupervised contact with children and full cooperation with child safeguarding procedures.

5. MEDIA CONSENT: I authorize Vivid Academy to use photos, videos, or quotes featuring me for nonprofit marketing efforts.

6. BACKGROUND CHECK: I authorize Vivid Academy to conduct a background screening (criminal record, child protection registry, etc.).
